Learn our stories.
Educational and cultural programs that connect us to Taiwan and the roots we share.
Taiwanese American Roots Organization
Roots carried
across generations.
We connect people to Taiwan — through what we learn together, and through what we do together.
Woven together.
01 / Our purpose
Our roots.
Our shared future.
TARO — Taiwanese American Roots Organization — connects people to Taiwan through educational and cultural programs and shared experiences, including sports, music and arts, that celebrate our roots, strengthen community, and carry our stories across generations.
02 / What brings us together
Three threads.
One community.
Learning, sharing, and belonging.
There is more than one way to
connect.
Share an experience.
Sports, music, and arts bring people together and turn shared interests into lasting connections.
Carry it forward.
Celebrate where we come from and share our stories across generations.
03 / Stay connected
Stay close
to your roots.
